Visit 4 of the 6 sites on October 27th and you will be in the running for a weekend on the New River, tickets to the Virginia Tech vs. Miami football game, and other great prizes! Can't visit 4 sites on October 27th? More prizes will be given away at the end of the exhibit to those who visited 4 of the 6 sites by April 15th! You'll receive a different colored marble at each site you visit. When you visit the fourth museum, you'll complete your marble set and receive a shooter! The
first of the Coalition's themed exhibits is "Making
Sports History" highlighting the many sports
teams of the New River Valley. The exhibit opens October 27,
2007 at
six of the New River Heritage Coalition's museums. The
exhibit runs through April 15, 2008, so even if you miss the special
events of opening day, don't miss the exhibit!
